With over a decade of tutoring experience and a Ph.D. in Physics, I help students master complex subjects through personalized learning, expert guidance, and real-world relevance.
I bring a lifelong passion for science, problem-solving, and education to every tutoring session. After graduating from Harvey Mudd College with a degree in Physics and earning my PhD at UC San Diego, I’ve spent over a decade guiding students through the intricacies of mathematics, physics, and programming.
I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. Each student I work with brings unique strengths, challenges, and goals. My role is to identify those, create a strategy that works, and guide them—patiently and efficiently—to mastery.
B.S. in Physics — I graduated with distinction from Harvey Mudd College, one of the top STEM-focused liberal arts colleges in the U.S. As a student there, I developed a strong foundation in problem solving, analytical thinking, and collaborative learning.
Ph.D. in Physics — At UCSD, I earned my Ph.D. in Physics in 2016. My graduate research focused on advanced scientific computing and experimental physics.
Chateaubriand Fellowship — awarded by the French government for international research. collaboration
ARCS Foundation Scholarship — recognizing academic excellence in science and technology.
Springer Thesis Award — for outstanding Ph.D. research.
